Enhance Workflow Applications with Email Notification
With EmailNotify you can be alerted when individual documents need attention. Profiles can be setup to send an alert message via email of documents that have not been processed in a designated time period. Use it to notify of a new document or a document status change indicating that it must be addressed without delay.

Functionality
EmailNotify setup auto-creates database triggers. Database events such as new or modified records are processed based on user defined action profiles. All processed events are logged for auditing purposes. Profiles are setup with user defined subject and body. The body may also contain any index fields associated with the document triggering the email message.
